Milboe Ltd is the not for profit entity which was established for the sole purpose of co-ordinating, managing and taking responsibility for the Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride.

The Milboe Ltd board consists of the following people:

Stephen Beck
As the Chair of Milboe Ltd, Steve Beck ensures that all the major details are organised for this epic ride. Catch up with Steve personally on this year’s ride as he tackles the 780km between Cairns and Karumba!

Lenore Wyatt
Lenore lives just out of Mareeba and is committed to assisting people across Far North Queensland. Having assisted on the ride and supported family members who have taken on the 780kms, Lenore knows exactly what a challenge this event is for participants and is passionate about the opportunities that the fundraising dollars provides each and every year.

Principal CSDE
Andrew Oliver
Having riden both the road ride (2011) and the Dirt Ride (2012) ‘Ollie’ is a School Principal who leads by example. Look out for Ollie this year as he comes racing through yet another creek at high speed, much to the delight of his fellow Dirty Boys.
Karen Pedersen
Karen lives at Karma Waters, Mt Carbine and has been involved with the ride since its inception. She was on the P&C and has been on the board since 2001. Karen has been on the ride four times and loves the comradeship that is formed of the riders, fun and the personal achievement that is accomplished by each individual rider.

Mark Allen
Regarded as a legend of the Cairns to Karumba Bike Ride, it seems that the entire Far North Community knows this man well. Having participated in the C2K ride for 9 years, few know this event better than ‘Sir’ Mark Allen.

Vicki Littler
Vicki might be the newest member of the Milboe Board but few know this event better than she does. Having been involved (along with her whole family) for numerous years, Vicki is a ‘go-to’ person if you need to know anything at all about the C2K.


Milboe Ltd remains focused on the responsible and accountable management of the event, maintaining and enhancing the excellent reputation of the event and identifying opportunities to improve and add value to the experience and achievements of participants and volunteers alike.
