NOTE: These funds can be raised from sponsorship, donations, fundraising activities or whatever means is decided by the individual or team.

The fees are part of the fund raising initiative of the ride and are only considered the minimum figure for each participant. The fee covers associated costs eg. catering, transport, equipment hire etc. All fees and additional funds raised must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the ride.

If sponsorship is dependent upon completion of the ride and therefore money not collectable until after the event then please speak to organisers and make your situation known.

Where there are young families wishing to support a rider or take part please note the following:

Children actually wishing to ride during the event MUST be over 15 years of age and written parental approval provided. All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21years (this could be someone taking part and willing to accept responsibility).

Children over 15 years of age are considered to be individual support crew members and therefore the full fee is applicable to them .

NOTE: If you wish to volunteer and assist on a daily basis during the event with catering etc. then we are happy to negotiate the fees accordingly or in some cases waive the fee entirely. Please contact organisers to discuss this, well before the commencement of the event.

Fulltime Volunteers are not required to provide any fee, as their efforts are more than ample payment. Volunteers must fill in a nomination form and register their services with YvonneTunney well before the ride takes place.
